I use mine to make pancakes, fried eggs, bacon, grilled cheese sandwiches and panini. Mine gets used multiple times per week! It is worth $38.97! This is an awesome give away! Make sure to enter below!

And since you’ll be cooking up all of those great sandwiches, you might want the recipes! You can find them in my brand new GAPS Lunches Cookbook!! Yeehaw!! I mentioned back in August that I was working on this cookbook. Well, it took me a while, but it’s finally here!

There are actually TWO DEALS I’m going to offer!

First, if you buy my GAPS Lunches Cookbook (which is $20) and also my Garden & Preservation Planner (which is $12.95) you can get them both for $32.95 $27!
You’ll need to add the Garden & Preservation Planner to your cart: Add to Cart
and add the Lunch Cookbook to your cart: Add to Cart and then use the discount code lunchdeal at checkout. Easy cheesy!

And the second deal, which is amazing, is that if you click through this site to the Healthy, Whole Grains Class and purchase the class, you can e-mail me (brenda @ wellfedhomestead . com) and let me know, and I’ll give you a coupon code to get the GAPS Lunches Cookbook for only $10!!! • Flowereed

I would like to learn about all the recipes in you’re cookbook as im new to GAPS and easily get bored with the food.

  • Trezlen

I’m open to learning to cook everything! I have been transitioning to the diet and I keep falling into a rut since I shouldn’t be eating bread yet. So, any grain-free sandwich (like a grilled cheese!) makes me happy.

  • Kerri Bryant

I would love to learn more about cooking with coconut oil. I started using cast iron and live it. Would love to win the griddle! Thanks!

  • Carolyn

Oh, I so love the Lodge cast iron pans I own. I would love, love, love to add a griddle to my little collection. *fingers crossed*

  • Scalexy

I’ve needed a griddle for _years_. 5 hungry children + a husband, yes. It is needed.

  • Scalexy

Another type of cookbook? Well , I’m new to this and not very ‘GAPS’ oriented. We have celiac in our family p,us Type 1 Diabetes (my husband & 8yr old). I love that you have a grilled cheese option for us to try (this weekend!) maybe more kid friendly recipes? Of course my 8yr olds favorite foods are shrimp & avacados…. So not sure how ‘kid friendly’ the recipes we use really are the mainstream norm. ;D

  • KathleenK

Love my Lodge skillet. Would love a griddle!

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Marie-Shipp/743382833 Marie Shipp

So how well does the griddle work on the stove? I’m wondering how evenly it would heat straddling two burners. Especially since mine are large in front and small in back… I’ve got 3 cast iron skillets in various sizes but it’d be so nice to be able to cook enough bacon in one go for my ravenous family :)

  • Kasamz

I would like to know how to make the Pizza Crust

  • Kasamz

I would love to see a cookbook about quick and easy snacks

I would like to know your pizza recipe. That is something we eat often with a sourdough crust, but with my husband on GAPS, we need another alternative.

I’m excited to see the recipe for Creamy Zucchini Soup. I love fresh zucchini in the summer and am always looking for new ways to use it!

  • Jenni Schuessler

I would love to learn how to make the Stuffed Mushrooms. Also, if you could teach me how to make a cream of mushroom soup that would be a bonus…although that’s not in the cookbook….is it in a different one of yours? If not, maybe a future creation for a future cookbook…all about soups…for intro purposes…maybe your inspired. I know that Cara has made an intro to GAPS cookbook as well.

  • http://toomanyjarsinmykitchen.com/ Mindy

I had just recently heard about this skillet and am really wanting to get one to replace my non-stick skillet I currently have.

Sunflower seed crackers would be great to eat with the many soups

  • Chara S

I can’t pick just one! We eat a lot of lunch around here- one every day actually, sometimes even two! I get short on ideas really fast!

  • Chara S

Maybe a cookbook with lots of recipes for full GAPS all in one place… and for adding in new foods once you’ve reached the end of GAPS…

  • LeaG

What an awesome griddle! I have an old electric nonstick one I’m afraid to use anymore

  • Etherealiss

My husband loves chips, and I HATE buying them, so if I could learn to make the sunflower seed crackers, that might be enough for him, lol!

  • Janet

That is a neat griddle. I have been thinking of getting one after seeing a cooking show on TV.

  • Etherealiss

For your next cookbook, how about a book dedicated to slow-cooker recipes (you don’t have one already, do you??? I didn’t see one…)!

  • Lori G.

How about breakfast and snacks? Or dinner is always needed.

  • Janet

I would like for you to write a cookbook on bulk buying and cooking.

  • Kathy

How about a cookbook of EASY GAPS recipes. Stuff that we can get out quick and fast with just a few ingredients.

  • WEFA JesileeSmithee

Honey bread sounds good, and I am soooo going to try to make the grilled cheese!!! I miss it sooooo much! I can’t remember the last time I had bread, or bread like product, I don’t usually miss it as much but seeing your recipe makes me crave it again

  • WEFA JesileeSmithee

I would like to see quick and easy recipes on a budget. So hard to fund quality ingredients sometimes, I would also like recipies that use less eggs because 6 dollars a dozen is so difficult for organic yet I fear the repercussions of supporting the store eggs that are so cheap and horribly treated

  • Sharon

I want to make the pizza crust and the parmesean bread! YUMMMM!

  • Sharon

I would love to see a recipe book all about kid friendly meals-portable lunch box type ideas, kids party menu’s, teenagers brough their friends home, now what type menus. Also, I’d love a recipe book on batch cooking. With a large, busy family, I can’t seem to cook ahead with GAPS like I used to. Everyday I’m in the kitchen. I’d love more ideas for that! Thanks for asking…now you have me thinking :)

  • Natalie McAvoy

I second the motion on kid friendly meals. Even though we are following the GAPS diet, we still hit some stumbling blocks when it comes to certain tastes and textures.

I love how creative you recipes are, would love to be able to use the grill to make some of them!!
