This is the Carrot Raisin Salad in A Whole Food Holiday. It’s yummy for the holidays for for any day, really! Enjoy!

Carrot Raisin Salad (GAPS Friendly)

Yield: 4-6 servings

GAPS Legal Carrot Salad with no refined sugars. Easy and perfect for holidays or every day! Easy to prep, then chill until serving!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb carrots, shredded
  • 2/3 cup raisins, no sugar added
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 3 TB honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Using a food processor, shred carrots and toss into a medium bowl. Combine raisins, yogurt, honey and cinnamon in with carrots. Chill for several hours or overnight.
