This is another area where my taste buds have grown up: cantaloupe. I never liked it, ever. I can tolerate it now, and even enjoy it in a smoothie like this! Simple & refreshing, and a great addition to breakfast–or perfect for an afternoon thirst quencher/energy booster after being in the sun! (Or, don’t add the ice and pour it into popsicle molds for a frozen treat!!)
