Is all yogurt GAPS friendly?
Brenda
Hi Anthony, no, just homemade yogurt that has been made over 24 hours. Thanks for clarifying this! 🙂

My mom always made this when we were kids but she used sugar. I like your honey sweetened version. I wanted to invite you to share it at Whole Foods Wednesday where you can link up whole foods recipes and tips for whole living. Hope you have a blessed day!
