Grain-Free Tomato Soup
This soup is from my GAPS Meal Plans & we enjoyed it again for lunch last week! This is really quite simple to prepare, and it is suitable for people who are eating GAPS, Paleo, Primal, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and even vegetarian or vegan. My family serves this alongside gluten free grilled cheese sandwiches. There is a grain-free grilled cheese sandwich recipe in my meal plans, but you can use any kind of “bread” that works for your diet restrictions. It’s a good thing to do every now and then to re-set and cleanse the body–especially after a holiday season with cakes, and pies, and dinner rolls and candy!
