- 6 apples, or one per person
- 1 c. honey
- 1/4 c. ghee (butter could possibly work, but I've only used ghee)
- pinch of sea salt
- 6 bamboo skewers, 1 per person
- In small sauce pan warm up honey, ghee and salt on medium heat until well incorporated. Remove from heat and pour into one small serving bowl per person.
- Meanwhile, cut up apples into slices and pierce in the center with the kabob skewers.
