GAPS Legal Thursday, 6/28

by brenda on June 27, 2012

It’s time again for GAPS Legal Thursday, a totally GAPS legal blog carnival!

Every Thursday you’ll be able to come here, to The Well Fed Homestead, and check out totally GAPS Legal recipe and article links. My goal is that this will be a support to all of you who are on the journey!

If you’d like to enter the carnival (this is a great way to increase your blog traffic!), here is my short list of rules:

  1. Every recipe must be GAPS Legal. That means no processed ingredients, no sugar, no grains, no soy sauce, no potatoes, or anything else that is not on the GAPS Diet.
  2. Every article or post must somehow be related to the GAPS Diet.
  3. You must link back to this post so that your readers can see the other great GAPS Legal Recipes & resources!
  4. Link to the specific recipe or post, not to your home page.
  5. Feel free to use the image above on your post & link to this post.
  6. Leave a comment below after you share your link!
  7. If you don’t have a blog & you want to chime in, feel free to leave a comment below with a GAPS recipe or GAPS diet tips!

Note: If I find that any of the links are A. Not GAPS legal or B. Don’t link back here or C. Link to a home page rather than to a specific post, I will have to delete them. Sorry, but I want to keep this carnival totally useful to the people reading it! I’m sure you all understand! 🙂

I am excited to see what you have to share!!

I added a cashew cheese recipe that I altered to make GAPS legal. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Thanks for hosting, Brenda! I’m sharing my GAPS cheat confession and my next step in preparation of going on intro.

Thanks for hosting Brenda! I love having GAPS blog carnivals starting up now. We’re no longer 100% GAPS but will continue with a GAPS/Primal style diet for optimal health…once we get to optimal health. 😀

With the sweltering weather many of us are experiencing at this time of year, I thought some other people could benefit from some toxin-free 2 ingredient deodorant. I have sure been “testing” its abilities lately! It is honestly the only thing that I’ve ever used that works well for me.

Hi! What a coincidence! I just started GAPS Friendly Fridays at the beginning of June because I thought we needed a GAPS legal blog carnival 🙂 I hope you’ll come on over and share your recipes and articles with us, too!

Hi and thanks for hosting!

This week I’m sharing a terrific recipe for No Knead Sauerkraut. Squeezing cabbage gets pretty tiresome after a while. Save yourself kraut kneading time and effort with this easy method.

Have a great day!

Very cool, thanks for hosting this! I’ve added my recipe for grain-free, GAPS-legal s’mores just in time for Independence Day! The three components of s’mores can be made GAPS-legal, and are actually pretty good unlike many of the GAPS desserts I’ve attempted to make 🙂

Are you going to be doing more blog carnivals in the future?

Brenda July 19, 2012 at 9:00 am

Hi Daddypotamus! Yes, I’ve got a new one up right now! 🙂 Check it out here: 🙂
