GAPS Lunches Cookbook
It’s here! I’m excited to share with you this awesome e-book with 71 pages and 5 weeks (30 days) of GAPS legal lunches!
There are 48 recipes in this book for you to try! Everything in the book is GAPS legal, which automatically means it is free of:
- gluten
- grains
- processed foods
- refined sugars
My family has nut allergies, so in this particular book, there are also no nut recipes.
If you’re sensitive to dairy, there are 26 recipes without dairy or that could be modified to be dairy free (simply by using coconut oil in place of butter or ghee).
Every recipe is labeled by season, so that you can make use of local ingredients.
The best thing about this book is that there are 5 weekly lunch menus–1 for every season, plus 1 for “Any Season.” During any season, you can rotate between 2 menus (and use the same menu every other week) and you never have to think about what to cook for lunch again! Just print out the menu and the shopping list for that menu, and you’re good to go!

The grilled ham and cheese sandwiches sound so good! I feel like I haven’t had grilled cheese for too long! That is definitely one of my favorite non-GAPS foods!

Just ordered a copy! My guys are gluten free, but GAPS works just as well! I love your “bread” recipes because they don’t contain all that processed crap (xanthan gum, tapioca startch, etc) that we try to avoid. Thanks for all your hard work! Can’t wait to get my book!
