Just a quick reminder to prepare extra food today so that you can rest tomorrow!

(If you have no idea what I am talking about, take a quick minute to read this post about preparing today to get the rest you need.)

What are you cooking today? I would love to hear! =) Ok…now I just need to get off of the computer and actually get something prepared for my family!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Hi Denise!
For our family I throw some winter veggies (carrots, onions, etc) in the bottom of the crock with some water and then put in two pork butt roasts with lots of salt, pepper and garlic powder.
We enjoy one of the roasts, but save one for dinner. I shred it and then for dinner put it onto this salad:

We love it! Especially as it seems like two totally different meals! =)
Have a wonderful day!
