Spinach, Orange & Pomegranate Salad {GAPS Legal, Paleo}

This salad makes a nice addition to an elegant OR every-day meal! It’s simple to prepare, and yet it has a nice presentation on the plate.

Spinach, Orange & Pomegranate Salad {GAPS Legal, Paleo}

  • 5 oz baby spinach
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/3 cup cold pressed olive oil
  • 2 TB raw honey
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • Pink Himalayan Salt


  1. Wash the spinach and divide it among 6 plates.
  2. Juice 1 of the oranges and mix together with olive oil and honey in a jar or small bowl.
  3. Peel and cut up the remaining orange.
  4. Top the salads with orange slices, pomegranate seeds and sunflower seeds.
  5. Drizzle the salads with the orange-honey dressing.
  6. Sprinkle Pink Himalayan Sea Salt on top of each salad and serve.
