The GAPS Diet
My family was on the GAPS diet (Gut and Psychology Syndrome, by Dr. Natasha Campbell McBride) for 3 years. I believe that it is the healthiest diet on the planet and that if you’re willing to try it, your body will be nourished, cleansed and healed all at once!

I would love to know your thoughts about the difference between a GAPS diet and the Paleo diet. I am trying to decide which one is best and I get very confused.

Love this, So true! I have Crohns disease and I completely Control it Med-Free with the Scdiet, it is just like the gaps diet. It was created for people with Digestive disease’s. Are bodies sure do have the ability to heal itself given proper nutrition!
